I want to generate test patterns and test in ISCAS benchmark circuits. For generation of patterns there are some blocks. How can i apply these to benchmark circuits in cadence.whether i want to write some codes for benchmarks or simply apply to its inputs.from where i will get the circuits of ISCAS 85 and ISCAS 89 benchark circuits.whether they are sequential or combnational or both. Also i want to estimate the power, area and fault coverage
