Does anyone know how to test BSM50GP120 IGBT module ?
Hi muhibraza
It is so simple . you can easily use a batter and LED to test diodes . and also IGBT s . if you put a batter across the GE of your IGBT ( for example a 9 volt or 112 volt battery . ) then it's collector emitter should be short circuit . you can test them one by one . ( with sufficient patience ! )
