1. Capacitor
As mimcap means matal-insulator-matel capacitor, what crtmom stands for?

2. Inductor
spiral_std_mu_z: what _mu_z stands for?
spiral_std_mza_a: what _mza_a stands for?

3. What's mean by term "the 2.5V under-drive 1.8V cell" and "2.5V over-drive 3.3V cell"?

4. In the PDK name CRN65LP, LP means low power, but what CRN means?

5. Metal options:
In term 1p9m_6X2Z0U_ALRDL, what X,Z,U and ALRDL stands for?

6. TSMC 65NM CMOS Mixed Signal RF SALICIDE Low-K IMD 1P9M PROCESS
what IMD stands for here?

1. crtmom means rotative metal capacitor. It has the fingers layout structure.
3. 2.5V under-drive 1.8V is a kind of device, the vcc can be 1.8V by changing gate length, no need any extra mask. So is 2.5V over-drive 3.3V. They are available in the N65 process with IO is 2.5V.
4. C is CMOS, R is RF, N is 'nano-'.
5. X means inter-layer metal, Z means top thick metal, U means ultra-thick top metal, ALRDL means Al redistribution layer.
6. Inter-Metal Dielectric.

BTW, the answer of most of your questions can be found in design rule, you'd better read design rule carefully.
