Hi all,
I have attached a diagram, showing CANH and CANL with 120R termination resistors.
I have also seen the same configuration as above but in line 120R on each line (shown as dotted resistors). I think the inline resistors are incorrect. From what I understand the resistors are placed in parallel across the end points of the differential signal.

I wanted to ask what the effect of the inline 120R resistors would be please. Would it cause reflections and also not pull the line back into recessive mode? What would happen to the differential voltage Signal?
