Temp sensor with range of -100 to +80

Hi
I am searching a sensor witch can measure surrounding air temp with following specification.
Range : -100 to + 80 (or near bu that)
Accuracy : min 0.5 degree C
Interfacing : Analog or Digital

If you know any sensor with given specification, please give me link of parts no.

Sounds like a clear request for Pt100. Thermocouple would be my second choice, but it's not so easy to achieve the absolute accuracy with it.

Thanks FvM PT100 is not suitable for my requirement. I need IC kind of sensor. But once i will also try for PT100
