Tektronix 1240 logic analyzer ROMs ?

Anybody owns some ROM pack (printer, RS-232, Z80, 8051 etc.)for the Tektronix 1240/1241 logic analyzer ?

If so, anyone is willing to make a binary copy of EPROMs inside the ROM packs ?
I would like to build my own ROM modules (the originals are almost impossible to get), but I need the firmware.

Thx for any help
