Technology nodes Difference

Hi All,

I have a general question.

How do different design variables change with different technology nodes, like going from 65nm to 40 nm t0 28 nm

Mainly I am interested in

1. Timing closure.

2. Power

3. Leakage Current.

4. Threshold voltage

5. Noise

Please let me know if you know a link or document that you can upload or point me to?
