Hi everyone , i want to know what is the term used to define the size of each hole in IDC header.
I have attached 40 pin Idc connector picture.
Is there any 80 pin IDC connector.
Any response in this regard would be helpful.
Thanks

Re: Technical term for the size of each hole in IDC connecto

hole size in PCB for IDC is 0.9 but for 2 layer metalized board 1mm is better.
i used 50pin IDC,it is too big and i looking for smarter solution, such Standard SCSI cables. but i can't imagine 80pin IDC (more than 40 * 0.1 inch long).
