[Tanner EDA - UPI] - Configuring SPR settings using UPI.

Hi,

I'm using Tanner EDA tools and I want to know how do I use the User Programming Interface to configure my SPR specific settings. (such as replacing a setup file, adding IO signals to SPR Core setup). I've already checked the L-Edit user's manual but there is nothing about how to set SPR settings through UPI.
