tanner 13 when i trying to open the s edit tool for new design ,the new window is no

hi sir i had problem in tanner 13 when i trying to open the s edit tool for new design ,the new window is not opening but the text in comment box shows me the file of the new design file is successfully saved ,but i can nt see the black windows .,so plz help sir

when you have last designed your schematic, it worked or this is the first time you are using this..!!

after couple of months later i started new design it show me problem

Then, try installing it in your system, because it may lost patch files.

i installed more the 3 time problem i phasing in s edit only but not in other tools like L-edit and t-edit
i think that gui interface for s edit is problem ,
