Hi,
Anyone knows what is the circuit used in toys that speaks and moves? is it a micro-controller or what is the best method to use?

Thanks

Windbond has been making easy voice recording or mp3 flash memory chips for decades for high volume use. PIC or similar micro controllers would seem to be a good match.
https://category.alldatasheet.com/index.jsp?Searchword=VOICE gives a wide range of audio chips.

First you decide what you must accomplish in a detailed spec, then later what to use.

Thanks for your feedback,so, what will be lower in cost, the winbond or an ASIC developed specially for toys? and which will be more applicable for mass production?
