Any one have the pin configration of the T630 or T28 Sony Erricson mobile phone then please give me

i want to interface these mobile with Microcontroller

In the case that you do not have correct operation, i.e. the phone is not responding, connect the pin 4 of the RS232 connector to logic high via a 330R resistor. It is not sufficient to connect only ground,RX and Tx.
This is the CTS signal pin on the phone (i think so).
