System design problem

Hi everyone,
Now I have a big problem, My boss let my team to design a system, But this is my first work to design a system!
I found there were so many parts to consider! I am confused!!
First, we have a SOB system, Now we want to design SOC platform
How can I make sure every parts work toghter well?

Its not a good idea to put your whole system design open here !!!
You can break ur problems in to number of small questions and post it here.
We can not help you design ur complete system!
My advice to you is do not make ur official projects public here.
