Synchronous counter on JKs and 74192

Hello. I must know how to build synchronous counter on JK flip-flops and on 74192 for example modulo-8. Can anyone show me how to do this? This work is not for mark in the school or sth. It's for filling my lack of knowledge about this issue. My technical english is very limited, so pls don't write to much electronic slang. I would be very happy if the work will be scan from piece of paper, cause simulation programs aren't my allies. Thx very much.
