If you want all of those voltages from a single switch
and single core you will see cross-regulation as an issue
(one winner, N "also-rans").
If you are in it for amusement / education, then you
can go ahead and play. If you are really looking to
get a power solution for some other care-about, then
I'd recommend maybe confine your design effort to
the "distribution bus converter" (say, the battery to
regulated 12V) and then hang +5, +3, -3V DC-DC
modules off the distribution bus (easy enough to find
12V in, "whatever" out, tiny DC-DC modules - even
ones that look like 7805 (with a chubbier case, but
the same low-external-component-count)).
That way you get to stick a toe in the ocean without
losing a foot.
