Hi, everyone.

Dose any one know how to build an array of switching capacitors for high frequency VCO? Or any paper I could learn from?

I tried some transistor models, its on/off states are not clearly seperated.

Thanks in advance!

sorry, jerry ,i want to ask you a question, why do you need a array of switching capacitors? as i know, when we want to design a high frequency VCO, we usually use the parasitic capacitors.

thanks
