supply voltage of operation

hello,
I m using +1.5V to -1.5V rail to rail suply voltage in my current conveyor ckt design, so my question is, what is the supply voltage of operation of my design. is it 3V or 1.5V. pls help thanks

ground is arbitrary. So you can define it either way. A split 3V rail with a buffered midpoint or a bipolar 1.5V dual supply.
