sun gridegine installation problem

hi all

I have installed gridengine6.2u5.

when I use
qstat -f

Code: 
queuename qtype resv/used/tot. load_avg arch states
--------------------​ --------------------​--------------------​--------------------​-

--------------------​--------------------​ --------------------​--------------------​-
[email]all.q@qc.abc.com[/email] BIP 0/0/4 -NA- -NA- a



qc.abc.com is execd host default queue.


I want to know why execd host arch and load_avg are -NA- ? how to fix this problem?
