Suitable baudrate for PIC18F4320 with HSPLL

I am using PIC18F4320. I want to use 10MHZ oscillator with PLL enalabe option to utilize the full computation power of MCu.

I am currently getting in to problem when i enable PLL then serial communication makes problem.

What is the suitable baudrate at 40MHZ=10MHZ+ PLLenable.
