Suggestions for using MATLAB and TMSC6713

i am making a simulink model of OFDM 802.11A . will implement this model on DSPC6713 .I will use MATLAB to convert my whole simulink model and then to run on board .

anyone of you having some comments or suggestion.PLZ reply to this topic

hi, i'm workin too with simulink and C6713.
for convert all the model is not a problem, is to easy in fact. when you finish your model in simulink with zero errors, just put in,, simulation-->configuration parameters or Ctrl+E (i think),, ok.
then in the left, there is a lot of parameters, but, you just need to check some of them ,, like.. Solver.. click on, and check out the solve options Type: Fixed-step and Solver: disvrete(no continuous states). ok,, it all in solver.
next, go to Real-Time Workshop. in this part you need to select your system target file, put ccslink_grt.tlc and language C and it all, just click in code generation and enjoy your big or huge code,, lol.
(that because the code generated is big,, lol)

ohh by the way, i use the CCStudio platinum edition v3.1

i m using Texas instrument processor c6713 for my project.and m using ccs3.1.i had made simple bpsk model in simulink window ,using matlab 7.5.it shows target file for ccs 3.1 that is needed to load c codes.bt as i know ccs3.1 is compatible with matlab 7.3 or 7.2.we have installed matlab 7.3 bt it is not showing me the file ccslink_grttlc for targeting ccs from matlab.
plz figure out fault.

No such file "ccslink_grt.tlc" in matlab7.3

the system target file "ccslink_grt.tlc" is not present in MATLab 7.3 to which CCS3.1 is compatible. However it is present in MATlab7. But this version of matlab is not compatible with CCS3.3.

tlc file is related to a compiler, right? So did you set a compiler in Matlab?


Also can you copy the file into the root directory of Matlab i.e. where other tlc files are present for link to ccs... May it works then
