suggestions about the following boards

hi am a newbie who wanna learn about ARM processor,rtos and embedded linux. i ve come across the following boards. Can you give me a suggestion regarding the following boards..

Get those you can interchange the microcontroller. Then, when you need for example PIC, then you can attached PIC microcontroller instead of the microcontroller onboard.
