suggest a motor driver.... pls help

I need to build a h bridge for two motors for which i need a motor driver which can operate at 24v and above 20 Amperes
pls help

Mosfets suits your requirement. There are lot of mosfet designs in the internet.

You should go to www.irf.com This is the biggest manufacturer of MOSFETs, IGBTs, drivers for them and etc. There are also good application notes there. Look them. Choose suitable components and drivers according to the motor's type (DC, BLDC, AC...).
You should also think about such things as current control, velocity and position control, any regulator (PID for example) for these. If velocity and position control may be not necessary, current control is obligatory.
