I have some sort of misunderstanding regarding SAR ADCs. more specifically, when we finally get the digital output (assume 1010) from the analogue input. what does the digital output stands for? does it stand for the amplitude or the frequency of the input signal? I know it is a stupid question but bear with me please :shock:
