[SOLVED] succesive approximation register SAR for ADC

8-O I need to design and implement an 8bit ADC and I don't know how to design the logic for a SAR. My teacher said I needed to come up with the state diagram in order to design it but that's the part I don't know how to do. Can anybody help me. I take anything from $-tutoring to suggestions. Thanks.
