Hi,
I want to use ADS linecalc for designing a coplanar wave guide on a PCB but the vendor website tells only this :
2-Layers, FR-4, 0.062", 1 oz. cu. plate

Where do i get substrate parameters? If I plug in values for FR4 from wikipedia , will it work. Doesn't they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer?

FR4 is not a very suitable substrate for high frequency microstrip of stripline implementation. This is due to many factors, such as losses, variation of the parameters with frequency and stability. Furthermore the dielectric constant can vary lot to lot of the same manufacturer.

FR4 has a dielectric coefficient between 4.2-4.6
It can be used upto 2-3GHz for low cost applications and it's pretty lossy at those frequencies, take this into account..
