Hello!

Can somebody advise me software which can extract RLCG parameters of stripline?

Yes, Sonnet em software ...
N-Coupled Line models (RLGC matrices ), which may also be referred to as Transmission Line models, are a SPICE file in the Spectre format. The equivalent circuit is shown in the attached picture.
