Hi all,

I was using IC51, during stream in all mosfets and vias are flattened.

pls have any details to setup during stream in.

Thanks.

Are you sure that the GDS file isn't already flattened?

Then there should be a hierarchical option with the streamIn menu.

More common to see flattening in the stream-out process,
if you have a bunch of stuff like via12$2579264 that's an
attempt (misguided, maybe) to make unique masters for
a via12 found in different places (perhaps from another
library, name collision, this happens a lot when you're
reusing layout cells from multiple libs).

You might look to the stream-out control settings for
hierarchy / flattening "knobs".
