STM32100E-EVAL Working Problem

I have bought eval board which was STM32100E-EVAL.

Could you please advice me how to connect Eval board to PC?
---Which ARM compiler I have to use? (Keil or e.q)?
---How to programmer EVAL board?

Could you help me If someone use this eval board?

I just want to see on the LCD screen ":Hello World", that's all

To program and debug the device, the development board has an embedded ST-Link V2 JTAG/SWD programmer/debugger which is accessed by one of the USB connectors onboard.

KEIL supports the ST-Link v2, although you may need to install the appropriate drivers.

ST provides demo firmware with a user manual to get you up and running:

When write your first app, I would suggest attempting a simple task like blinking an LED, rather than attempting to utilize the TFT LCD.
