[SOLVED] stepper motor help

hello,
i want to interface two stepper motor to microcontroller, facing some problem, when i connect two motor to microcontroller through l298n stepper motor driver, but only one motor work properly, i connect both motor in similar maner(wiring, external supply), i need help to solve this problem, also l298n motor driver ic's maximum current capability is 3A, i give supply to driver circuit 12V 2A but after 15 min motor driver ic is going to heat, what can i do?

for heating stepper motor driver use heat sink and post your circuit diagram to help u bro!! .
