What is meaning of SWR is (1:1.5) ?

from the point of matching view
What is the difference between SWR less than 2, and S11 less than -10 dB?

VSWR can be converted to S11 magnitude and vice versa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standing_wave_ratio

S11 of -10dB corresponds to VSWR of 1.92, you can calculate yourself.
