hi,

does inherently built in two terminal hysteresis comparator available as a standalone IC from IC vedors ,Maxim,TI ,linear etc ??
 

What speed? Some of the Analog Devices high speed comparators have a hysteresis pin e.g ADCMP573.

you are looking for a schmitt trigger
 

A Schmitt trigger isn't a comparator. A Schmitt trigger has 1 input, a comparator has 2.
