stand alone Jtag programmer xilinx ISE

I use the JTAG IV parallel cable,
at manufacturing we don't want production to install the huge size ISE The Integrated Software Environment (ISE™) is the Xilinx® design software suite that allows you to take your design from design entry through Xilinx device programming.
i need a small size programming tools like the IMPACT(an accessory for the ISE)
a pure stand alone ]

i tried the webpack it is also huge what i found if you know a fileshare link please write it

Our design group is providing MCS files for FPGA, which is only can be programmed by IMPACT as i know. Then we use a program to convert MCS to BIN (may be ISE can do it I am not sure) and our flash is SPI type.
In this case we can use a simple SPI programmer which can read a BIN file, via direct access to SPI bus.
As I know Xilinx doesn’t give IMPACT as a stand alone tool, at least I cannot find…

You can download the Xilinx Lab Tools from Xilinx Website. This wont take huge space. This needs licensing, but you can always use it FREE during the evaluation period for 30 days.
