Spur caused by phase switching prescaler

prescaler 1/10

A phase switching prescaler is used in my PLL. The 4 phases generated by a divide-by-2 can't be matched perfactly. So fractional spurs at Fref/4 and its harmonics is large. Is there any way to overcome this problem?
