Spiral inductor response

Hi all,
I have simulated the spiral inductors in cadence. I was very new to this theory.
Can you please guide me .Is this correct plot for the L and Q values for the observed response.

And kindly give the brief explanation about the abserved response.

Not correct.

It seems your inductor value is minus form Fig. 1.

In your simulation, you get negative inductance when you have with your test inductor a parallel or a series capacitance. You have to take the spiral inductor out of your circuit, and test it alone.
