spice examples

Does any1 know where I can download John and Martin's "Analog Integrated Circuit Design" spice simulation examples? I have the book and like to play with the spice examples in the book, but too lazy to enter on my own.

Thanks.

First, i can type 60+ words/minute.
Second, if you can't help others, don't reply.
