SPI communication in proper with 230VAC is connected in PCB

Need help in SPI communication CPU bord to External LDM borde to switch 230VAC for Relay but 230VAC connect external board to not switch rely but without 230VAC connection work properly what is the problem in design

all i/o Expander will be opreted in SPI communication that i/o expander not wrk proper

Obviously the relays are wrongly wired.
... instead of contacts 3 & 5
--> use contacts 4 & 5

hi,
in semantic pin mapping not update , in routing connection is correct

Problem is solve be cos snub-er circuit is not present across pole and NC in Relay
