Spetre: 'jsw' has an unusual value

i get this notice from spectre. i wonder:

1) what 'jsw' is
2) could this notice lead to DC convergency troubles? I'm having difficulties in the dc simulation of an analog feedback circuit

jsw means junction of a side wall. It usually turns up in the model file in composite parameters like e.g. JSWS or JSWD (Isolation-edge sidewall reverse saturation current density, source or drain side, by default =0), or CJSW (Source/Drain side junction capacitance per unit area). I've never seen JSW as a self-contained parameter per se.

Correction, sorry: SPECTRE uses jsw , the Sidewall junction reverse saturation current density, default value =0 A/m .

So for low power applications, a (too) large value actually could falsify the DC operation point value.
