As the error message says: Spectre can't find the MOS models for NM0 & PM0.
Corresponding lib is missing.

It would be nice if you can type the complete error message. First look at the error message looks like you haven't added necessary model files.
For the goto setup>model libraries.

It seems the adel run not included the process *.scs file yet as it saying the device is missing something. Try to understand the issue first and go for solution option by stages.
