Hi all,

I want to use something like this piece of PSpice syntax in Spectre.

.model nmos_special ako: nmos_std vto=0.6

ako models are derived models with some additional/changed parameters. Does Spectre have this feature?
HSpice syntax would be fine too, cause I'm simulating in compatibility mode.
Anyone got an idea?
