Hello my friends, i have a new question for you today and i am sure you will help me as usual
In order to calculate the Rain attenuation we have to use the specific rain attenuation formula which is
A=k(R)^alpha
where: K and alpha coefficient are frequency and polarization dependence and they have fixed values for each frequency. My question is
What is k and alpha indeed?? how these values obtained??
Sincerely
