SPARTAN3-XC3S400 programming with altium problem

Hi,
I'm new in working FPGA with altium designer I worked before with ISE and Quartus without any problem,
but now I want to generate simple project and create bit file but after hours I couldn't do this,
I attached my project,

1. you know you must install xilinx ise beside altium.
have a look at : **broken link removed**

specially at : Xilinx Place and Route Tools Configuration.

hi dear aruipksni ,
thank you for your reply but I have Xilinx ISE beside Altium, and my problem is still don't solve.
I looked that link you suggested but it doesn't tell any new thing.
