However, my problem is, how do we interface to these monsters? They are 1.2V and most anything else is 3.3V Can they drive a 3.3V "TTL" input? Any comments and suggestions appreciated? ASIC

You have to provide a separate supply for the outputs, which can be set to many different output standards. Git
