sot23-5 marking 1331 , help

Hi,
I'm trying to identify 2 devices by their markings one is a SOT23-5 & 5V.marking on it - "1331","13X1","1ZK1". "1ZK1" may be reset ic.1pin=vout,2pin=vin,3pin=vss,4pin and 5pin is nc.

1331 could be HT7133-1 3.3V LDO from Holtek www.holtek.com.tw/english/literature/eol-71xx.pdf

I cannot find the 1ZK1

HT7133-1 3.3V is no.HT7133-1 3.3V :1pin=GND,2PIN=VIN,3PIN=OUT,4PIN AND 5PIN IS NC.
"1331" IS 1pin=vout,2pin=vin,3pin=vss,4pin and 5pin is nc.
"1331" IS NO "HT7133-1".
may be NEC or TOSHIBA, made in JaPAN or taiwan.
