Hi all,

I am trying to design simple Wilkinson power divider in sonnet, stripline technology, but without using chip resitor but resitive layer that behaves like resistor. My question would be how to add this layer between copper and dielectric???

Thanks

Not an expert on this, but heard of thin film technology. It may be just a common thing to add thin film layer to stripline board.

Hello,

Go to Metal Editor dialog box then define the resistance...

To define a metal which you wish to use as a resistor,
enter the DC resistance in ohms/sq in the Rdc text entry box which appears when you select this metal type.

Then Draw the Resistive film polygon & simulate
