Someone help me please:about using ADS Data Items!!

Hello,

To get the total response of the package with die,I have assemble the S-patameters of the package and die in Agilent ADS using Data Items.But I am very very confused to the results that the insertion loss of the total response is lower than the die's by 6dB.

Can someone help me?The attachments are the schematic,the .s4p file for the package and the .s2p file for the die which I have used.The package has two external ports and two inner ports at which the die localizes.
