Some questions about measure spiral inductor on wafer

GP: Ground Pad
SP: Signal Pad
@: spiral inductor

The other questions are:
1. Do I need to connect two ground pads under the signal pad on each side?
2. Do I need to draw "open" "short" "through" and "load" for calibration?
