inductor problems

Hi,

I simulated an inductor with HFSS

but the result is not what i expected

can someone check my HFSS file and tell me what's wrong with my simulation?

thanks!

Did you try to simulate it with ASITIC?

Asitic is a good start, but may be not accurate enough. 3D EM simulator, HFSS, is hard to use. Experience and skill are needed to obtain good simulation results of spiral inductors in HFSS. 2.5D EM simulator, like IE3D or Momentum, is a better choice.
