Some motherboard sections not working properly like pci slots, audio output ,etc.

please help me i have a motherboard intel 102GGC2 and having problems with audio output the output comes with big noise in it another problem is pci slots are not working and last problem is when i am trying to install windows with this motherboard blue screen is occurred i have checked this motherboard with another processor , ram , psu and hdd .but problem is same please help me. how to resolve this issue ???
