Dear All ... Have a nice day

I am using KENDE TIG/ARC 180 welding machine
It's IGBT module is burned ( See the attached image and it's datasheet of IGBT)
The IGBT VCES 600V and Ic is 130A at 25c
This IGBT is not available locally to purchase

My suggestion is .... Buy separate two IGBT's and replaced instated single IGBT module

My Question is

Is it necessary to replaced with 65A two IGBT or 130A two IGBT

Please advice

It is tricky to parallel IGBTs because of bad current sharing, so I suggest that you find a compatible single replacement for the broken IGBT.

is it parallel or push pull configuration

This is the actual schematics and red rectangle is the real IGBT diagram

Ok, so you want to replace the dual transistor IGBT package with 2 single transistor IGBTs?
In that case, they must have the same Ic max as the original, 130A.
