hai,,,

there is an application in which i have to sense +12v and +5v if any one out put

goes out of regulation ,,,, like if +12 out put reduced less than 10v or increased

more than 6 v,, similarly if +5v reduced less than 4v or increased more than 6v i

have to give one high signal,, in an another application if i give an low signal once

a high signal(signal a) should be genarated and it shouldbe latched and if i

give a low signal again signal a should go low and it should be latched

means it should toggle its state for each low signal, wellcom for your

suggestions, more practical suggestions will be appreciated,,,

Re: on/off signal

For your first two circuits, you can use a window comparator circuit:

like if +12 out put reduced less than 10v or increased more than 6 v

Where Vh =the upper value you need, and Vl is the lower. So betwen Vh and Vl the circuit gives you a high pulse.

similarly if +5v reduced less than 4v or increased more than 6v i have to give one high signal

For your last request, I don't undestand it. Please be more explicit.

Re: on/off signal

Last problem can be solved with D FlipFlop with inverter on Clock input.
